The hotel itself, for the price was very good. My room was clean and the service was good. Check-in around 9pm went fine. The bed, however seemed old and non supportive, at least on the bathroom side. On the window side, the bed was less worn/firmer. My key didn't work at the gym and there was a line to ask, so I didn't bother. The is, however a large truck that likes to park between 12am and 3am in front of the hotel. When the driver backs up, the warning beeps wake up the entire hotel - NOT good. This has been mentioned in other reviews.
We stayed here while our new construction house was being finished. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and kind. Our room was a mini apartment with a separate bedroom and living area which made our extended stay so perfect. The kitchenette comes equipped with all the things you need to make a small meal and comes with a mid sized refrigerator. We were very comfortable during our stay.
I travel for work and stay at a lot of hotels. This one has been by far the best an my favorite. The cleanliness and up keep. The front desk staff is exceptional. Out of all the hotels that serve breakfast in the morning, theirs is the best.
The hotel is nice and quite as well. The issue I had was with the employee Makayla she is very unprofessional,no customer service skills as she should be as for being front desk clerk at hotel establishment. She should not have that position due to fact of customer service level is not that high. I myself think the hotel is very relaxing and calm.
The staff was awsome! The bedding was stained, the pull-out bed was aged and leaning. The tub stopper was laying in the tub like is was moved and was forgotten. A staffer member said that the hotel is under going renovations floor by floor. Over all the weekend was relaxing, my boys enjoyed the pool (which is not heated) and the basketball court.
I had such a wonderful weekend! The front desk agent, Elijah, was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful with all of my questions. The room was clean and looked exactly like the photos when I arrived. I’ll definitely be booking again on my next visit!
Ended up getting to Chattanooga from SWFL wayyyyyyyy earlier than anticipated, we swung by to see if it was possible to to check in early, Elijah is top tier, she was able to accommodate us and make it happen so we wouldn’t have to take our bags with us to Nashville for my buddies birthday. Rooms were super clean and overall place is very inviting.
We enjoyed our stay, it was over the weekend for a short hiking trip. I certainly would recommend this hotel. Sure it’s a little old but overall it’s clean and I’d rather have an older clean hotel. Definitely will stay here again
